Huzzah and exultations! We are pleased to bring you the first official announcement of the new Devlinux Blog.
Devlinux is an awesome new resource for anyone interested in the GNU/Linux operating system. GNU/Linux is a free (free as in speech not necessarily as free beer) and open source operating system which runs on a wide variety of computing platforms and offers an enormous amount of software diversity, specificity, and complexity.
Right now at the devlinux project (http://devlinux.net) we are gathering up an extraordinary array of free and open source software which you can browse through at http://devlinux.net/software.
Soon, we will be developing sophisticated system audit & install tools which will help bring you a devlinux install optimized for your system and with all the custom features and software you enjoy.
In the meantime, feel free to browse what we've got and/or install what you would like.
Check back soon for more!
